One of Mikala Jones's all-time favorite step-ups for hunting barrels at maxed out Off The Wall. He also rode it anywhere from Rocky Rights to Sunset, where he liked to put it on rail.

Foiled for an optimal paddle-to-performance ratio, featuring a slightly wider nose for early entry into fast-moving swells. A domed deck and precision rails create a dynamic balance that ensures fully engaged bottom turns on big, hollow waves. This translates seamlessly to rail-to-rail surfing. The tail tapers down to a pin, complemented by a low tail rocker and double concave for maximum drive and agility when navigating what could become the wave of your life.

Quad fin setup = more speed and control when you need it most. If you’re chasing swell, anywhere, the MJ Step up is the board to pack.

Takes about 5-7 weeks for a basic shortboard with removable fins. Glass on fins, resin tint or custom paint could add another week or 2 on top of that. Carbon Fiber with Epoxy resin please add 2 more weeks. Thank you for your patience.
